MONICA PALOMO, PHD, PE, BCEE
Senior Project Advisor
Dr. Monica Palomo achieved her Masters's degree as well as her Ph.D. in civil engineering from Kansas State University in 2003 and 2008, in that respective order. Dr. Palomo is a Board Certified Environmental Engineer. Dr. Palomo was able to support our team with her knowledge, expertise, and experience in the civil and environmental fields.
OMAR MORA, PHD, LSIT
Senior Project Advisor
Dr. Omar Mora achieved a Ph.D. in Geodetic Engineering from the Ohio State University in 2015, as well as a Masters's degree in Geomatics Engineering from Purdue University in 2010. Dr. Mora was able to support our team by providing his expertise in surveying and civil engineering throughout the project completion.
