THE CHALLENGE

There is a need for the remediation of the Puddingstone Reservoir. The water and soil of the lake are inundated with contaminants such as mercury and PCB, and suffer from low dissolved oxygen and high organic matter present in the water. By removing these contaminants, the overall health of the aquatic life that lives in the lake, as well as the community that uses the lake, will increase.
